  1. To whom it may concern,
I was performing a couple of prop balances this past Saturday 10/1 and had some issues with navigating through the balancer. I called ACES tech support not expecting to reach anyone and left a voicemail. To my surprise I received a call back from Mike within five minutes and helped me work through my issues off and on through the rest of the day. His call back was prompt and he was very helpful and professional on the phone. I want to commend you on your tech support team and to thank Mike for a job well done! Really saved me a lot of trouble I couldn’t have been more grateful.

    Best Regards,
